Established in 1998, Pan Asia is an integrated environmental protection services provider, with capabilities in design and project execution. It principally engages in the sale of water and flue gas treatment products and equipment, and undertakes environmental protection construction engineering projects. It offers engineering design, ancillary product design, procurement, manufacturing and processing, assembly, installation, construction and after-sale services to customers in different industries such as textile and dyeing, iron and steel, and power industries.
The Group holds a Grade A Engineering Design Certificate for environmental engineering from The Ministry of Construction of the PRC, among other professional certifications. It is capable of undertaking engineering design and environmental engineering projects in areas of wastewater, waste gas and solid wastes with no limitations on scale.
The Group¡¯s Water Treatment Systems have wide applications including processing of industrial waste and household sewage. Components and equipment
can all be customized according to customers¡¯ needs and specifications.
In recent years, coal-fired power plants in China have worked hard in compliance with the government policies on reducing sulphur dioxide emission. This opens an enormous market for Pan Asia in the area of gas desulphurization. Pan Asia¡¯s Flue Gas Treatment Systems attract customers like Xingtai Guotai Power Generation Company Limited in Hebei, Shandong Linyi Electric Power Company Limited and Huadian Xinxiang Power Generation Company Limited in Henan, which together have an installed generation capacity of 1,755MW, with a total contract sum of around RMB310 million.Capitalizing on its expertise and experience in Flue Gas Treatment Systems, the Group has ventured into the solid waste treatment arena. It has been entrusted with a new solid waste incineration power plant project in Guangdong with a contract value of about RMB300 million, which is expected to complete by mid-2009.

The Group is capable of manufacturing fibre glass reinforced plastic pipes of diameter up to 2,000mm. The Group also manufactures, processes, and assembles components and equipment for its water and flue gas treatment systems.
